Every enquiry followed up. Every quote chased.
Revalio watches the enquiries, quotes and invoices already in your mailbox, tells you which ones are going quiet, and drafts the follow-up for you to approve. Built for trades, practices and firms that win work by replying first.

One recovery loop
From signal to evidence, without losing the thread
- 01
Spot the opportunity
Revalio brings forward enquiries and quotes that appear to need attention, with the source record attached.
- 02
Take the next action
Review the reason, edit the suggested follow-up and approve it from the same working view.
- 03
Track the recovery
See what is awaiting approval, queued, sent, waiting on a reply or ready for another decision.
- 04
Show the evidence
Recorded outcomes stay linked to the enquiry and its source. Activity after a follow-up is shown without claiming causation.
What Revalio does
What it watches for, and what it does about it
Each situation below comes from your own records. Nothing here is modelled from your website.
- An enquiry with no reply recorded
- Brought forward with the source message attached, and a follow-up drafted from your own address for you to approve.
- A quote that has gone quiet
- Chased before it expires. Quotes are followed from sent to won, lost or expired, so nothing dies of silence.
- An invoice past its due date
- Flagged, with a polite reminder drafted for your approval.
- A missed appointment or site visit
- The customer is invited to rebook.
- A lead that went dormant months ago
- Reactivated with a short check-in, run as a rule you switch on with a daily cap.
- Where it reads from
- Enquiries forwarded to your Revalio address from any phone, or a connected Microsoft 365, Gmail or other IMAP mailbox; website forms, a CSV of past enquiries, a webhook, and an optional visitor script on your site.
- How it sends
- From your own mailbox, inside the customer’s thread. Draft-first by default. On Autopilot you choose which rules send automatically; anything that quotes a price or makes a promise is always held for your one-tap approval.
- What you get back
- A monthly statement with verified, observed and influenced revenue kept separate and never added together. Call-back and chase lists. Plain-English answers about your own pipeline, in pounds and minutes.
Nothing-to-recover guarantee. If your first 30-day read finds nothing to recover, your first month is free. How it is decided

Beside the tools you already use
What each kind of tool is built to do
Keep your job app, your directory listing and your assistant. Revalio does the job they are not built around.

- 1 A VA notices during their hours; evenings and weekends are when most enquiries arrive.
- 2 Job apps can send a reminder about a quote they issued; they do not see quotes sent by email, and the chase is a template, not your words.
- 3 A general assistant writes well, but only when you paste the thread in and tell it the facts each time.
- 4 You can ask a VA to check first; nothing enforces it.
- 5 Job apps report invoiced revenue; none of them separates observed from verified recovery.
Categories, not named products: what each kind of tool is built to do. Revalio does not schedule, invoice, find customers or answer the phone, and is meant to sit beside the tools that do. How it sits beside Jobber, Tradify, Checkatrade or an assistant.
You decide what gets sent
By default every recovery message is a draft that waits for you. Nothing reaches a customer until you approve it.
On Autopilot you can switch on auto-send for specific situations you choose. It is off until you turn it on, and it is labelled wherever it applies.
