The service

Revalio estimates where revenue may be leaking from a business's customer journey, monitors connected enquiry data for opportunities going cold, and prepares recovery actions for a human to approve.

Estimates are estimates

Figures produced from public data are modelled, not measured. They are presented with an explicit range, a confidence figure and a source label, and they are not statements of actual lost revenue. Nothing in a report is a guarantee of recoverable revenue, and no part of the service is financial advice.

Trials and billing

  • Trials run for 14 days from account creation and require no card to begin.
  • Prices are shown on the pricing page in GBP and billed monthly in advance.
  • You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the current period is not refunded pro rata.
  • A trial that ends without a payment method reverts to the free tier. Your data is retained, and monitoring stops.

Your responsibilities

  • You must have the right to connect and process the enquiry data you import.
  • You are responsible for messages sent from your account, including those an automation rule you enabled sent on your behalf.
  • You must not use the service to send unlawful marketing, or to scan systems you have no legitimate interest in.

Data processing on your behalf

For the enquiry and customer data you connect or import, you are the controller and Revalio is your processor. This section is the processing contract required by UK GDPR Article 28. It applies for as long as we hold that data.

  • What we process. The names, email addresses, phone numbers and message subjects of your enquirers and customers, and the timelines of your opportunities, in order to detect enquiries going cold and prepare replies for you to approve. We read message bodies in memory to do this and do not store them.
  • We process it only on your documented instructions, which are your use of the service and these terms, and tell you if an instruction appears to break the law.
  • Everyone at Revalio with access is bound by confidentiality.
  • We keep it secure: connection credentials are encrypted at rest, and access is scoped to your organisation.
  • We use the providers listed in our privacy notice as sub-processors. You authorise them. We bind each to obligations equivalent to these, remain responsible for them, and email you before adding or replacing one so you can object.
  • We help you answer requests from your own data subjects and meet your security and breach obligations. We tell you without undue delay, and in any case within 48 hours, after becoming aware of a personal-data breach affecting your data.
  • When the service ends, or when you ask, we delete your data, or return it in a portable export first if you ask before deletion. You can export and permanently erase everything from Settings at any time.
  • On request we give you the information needed to show we have complied with this section.

Availability

The service is provided without an uptime guarantee. We aim for continuous availability and monitor for failures, but we do not currently offer a contractual SLA.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
