What would Revalio have to be worth to pay for itself?
Most ROI calculators are a forecast dressed as a sum. They ask for your revenue, apply a recovery rate somebody invented, and hand back a number that was decided before you typed anything.
This one does not do that, because we do not know your business and no tool can learn it from a single revenue figure. So it answers a narrower question that can actually be answered: Revalio Autopilot costs a fixed, published amount each year — what share of your annual revenue would Revalio need to influence to cover it?
That is a division sum. It assumes nothing about your enquiries, your conversion rate or your close rate. It tells you the height of the bar the product has to clear, and leaves you to judge whether clearing it is plausible.
The arithmetic
Enter your approximate annual revenue. Rounded is fine. Nothing is sent anywhere and nothing is stored — the sum runs in your browser.
Enter a revenue figure and the share appears here.
The sum, written out
Revalio Autopilot is £249 a month, which is £2,988 a year. £2,988 divided by your annual revenue is the percentage above. That is the entire calculation.
Whether Revalio can clear that bar is a question about your enquiries, not about this sum. If you handle a handful of high-value enquiries a year and answer every one within the hour, it may be hard to clear. If enquiries arrive at night and sit until somebody gets to them, it may be one recovered job.
This page cannot tell you which of those you are. If the percentage looks small enough that you would take the bet, the free scan is the cheaper next step. If it does not, no assumption we could add would honestly change it.
The same division at four arbitrary revenue figures, for scale:
| Annual revenue | Share that covers the plan |
|---|---|
| £250,000 | 1.20% |
| £500,000 | 0.60% |
| £1,000,000 | 0.30% |
| £2,000,000 | 0.15% |
These four revenue figures are examples we picked to show the scale of the division. They are not benchmarks, and they say nothing about your business.
What this calculator does not do
It does not predict what Revalio will recover for you. It does not estimate your lost revenue. It does not know your enquiry volume, your conversion rate, your average job value or your response times, because you have not told it and it has not looked.
It also carries none of the safeguards a real report does. A Revalio report is capped against your filed accounts at Companies House, so it cannot quote a figure larger than a business of your size could legally bill. This page does not know which business you are, so no such ceiling applies here and none is claimed. That is precisely why nothing on this page is presented as a figure about you.
It does not count your time, either. Somebody still has to read and approve the drafts, at least until you switch specific rules on.
Revalio does not guarantee revenue recovery.
In jobs, not percentages
Percentages are abstract when you sell jobs. Pick your industry and we will set the same annual cost against the published benchmark for that category.
That band is the spread of firm averages across the category, not the price of any single job. It is an uncalibrated benchmark that has not been checked against measured outcomes, it is not an estimate of your prices, and it is not a claim that Revalio will win you those jobs. It is revenue, not profit — your margin on a job is yours and we do not know it. It is the same division as above, expressed in units you actually think in.
These figures are estimates based on publicly observable information and benchmark assumptions. They are not a statement of actual lost revenue.
Benchmark assumptions are category priors that have not yet been calibrated against measured outcomes.
Connecting your enquiry data adds measured figures from your own records alongside these estimates; every figure stays labelled with where it came from.
The other plans

Revalio Scale Uncapped drafting, fair use | — |
Published limits are the ones the running system actually enforces: AI drafts per month per plan, at least 500 AI drafts a day per organisation — rising with your plan's monthly allowance, and with no daily cap at all on plans that have no monthly one — 50 AI drafts and 20 sends a day during the free trial, and 200 sends a day on paid plans. There is also a platform-wide ceiling of 10000 AI drafts a day across all customers, which protects the service as a whole; the per-organisation daily limit is set well below it so no single customer can exhaust it.
The published limits are the ones the running system actually enforces, and they are on the pricing page.
Get a figure that is actually about you
The break-even number tells you what Revalio would need to be worth. It cannot tell you whether your business is leaking enquiries in the first place.
The free scan is the cheaper way to find that out: no account, no card, usually done within a few minutes, and the report shows every assumption it made. Connect your enquiry data afterwards and Revalio measures those things from your own records instead of assuming them. That progression is the whole point of the product.
Figures shown in a public scan are modelled from publicly observable business signals and category benchmarks. They are not measurements of your internal business data, and they are not a promise of what Revalio will recover.
